  邓成荣,男,土家族,湖北恩施人,理学博士,教授。1998年至2002年湖北民族学院物理学专业本科,2002年至2008年南京师范大学理论物理专业硕士、博士。2015年3月至2016年3月美国加州大学洛杉矶分校物理天文系访问学者。主要从事强子谱学、强子-强子相互作用和奇特强子态的理论研究,与合作者发展了含多体相互作用的色流管模型,提出了多夸克态可能存在的新颜色结构,在Phys. Rev. C/D, Eur. Phys. J. C等国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。
